How Can I Find Ranking Information For Master Degree In Financial Engineering In U.s.?
I am not certain if detailed ranking information will be provided for such a specific discipline. The International Association of Financial Engineers speaks to this subject in their FAQ:
“There are a number of institutions offering mathematical finance and financial engineering programs. Does the IAFE recommend specific programs or maintain rankings? Also, how do I decide which program is best for me?
The IAFE does not recommend rankings, but it does maintain a list of institutions offering such programs. Moreover, we know of no officially published ranking of mathematical finance programs presently available.”
I’ve also cited a website (www.global-derivatives.com) which did complete a ranking which combined financial engineering and other disciplines from 2003-2004. I would put more weight however to the IAFE’s response.
